QA/QC Engineer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced QA/QC Engineer with a strong background in civil engineering and building construction. The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 10 years of experience in quality assurance and quality control within the construction industry, specifically in building projects, and be fluent in Arabic. This role is responsible for ensuring that all construction activities meet the required quality standards and comply with project specifications and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement and maintain QA/QC procedures and standards across all phases of construction.
• Conduct inspections and tests to verify compliance with design specifications, codes, and standards.
• Prepare and maintain quality documentation including inspection reports, test results, and non-conformance reports.
• Coordinate with site engineers, contractors, and consultants to resolve quality-related issues.
• Monitor and report on the performance of the quality management system and suggest improvements.
• Ensure materials and workmanship meet project requirements and approved specifications.
• Participate in internal and external audits and ensure corrective actions are implemented.
• Provide training and guidance to site teams on quality standards and procedures.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in QA/QC roles within building construction projects.
• Fluent in Arabic (spoken and written) – mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of construction materials, methods, and quality standards.
• Familiarity with international codes and standards (e.g., ISO, ASTM, ACI).
• Excellent attention to detail, documentation, and reporting skills.
• Proficiency in QA/QC software and tools.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certification in Quality Management (e.g., ISO 9001 Lead Auditor).
• Experience with high-rise, commercial, or residential building projects.
• Knowledge of local construction regulations and permitting processes.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to AED12,000.00 per month
