Job Title: Facility Engineer / Building Maintenance Engineer

Job Description:

Ghaya Properties LLC is looking for a skilled and reliable Facility Engineer / Building Maintenance Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in building maintenance and a solid understanding of UAE regulations to ensure the safety and efficiency of our properties.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily maintenance operations across residential, commercial, and mixed-use properties
• Ensure proper functioning of electrical, plumbing, and structural systems
• Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance
• Supervise and manage the maintenance team
• Ensure compliance with UAE municipality rules and safety regulations
• Coordinate with external contractors and service providers
• Handle maintenance requests and emergency issues efficiently
• Maintain records of maintenance activities and reports

Requirements:

• 3–4 years of experience in the UAE (mandatory)
• Background in real estate, property management, or facilities management
• Knowledge of UAE safety regulations and municipality requirements
• Hands-on experience in:

- Electrical

- Plumbing

- Painting and finishing

- Structural maintenance

• Experience in managing or supervising a maintenance team
• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
• UAE Driving License is an advantage (not mandatory)

Qualifications:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or related field)
