Building Maintenance Engineer – Structural & MEP

Location: Al Khor

QatarDriving License is a must

* Structural & Civil

1- Conduct regular inspections of structural elements, façades, roofs, basements, and waterproofing systems.

2- Monitor cracks, deflection, corrosion, settlement, and water ingress.

3- Coordinate structural assessments with specialist consultants when required.

4- Plan and supervise civil repair and rehabilitation works.

* MEP Systems

1- Oversee operation and maintenance of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, and vertical transportation systems.

2- Review MEP maintenance strategies to ensure reliability and compliance.

3- Analyze failures, recurring issues, and energy performance.

4- Challenge contractors technically (not administratively).

* Strategic Asset Care

1- Develop long- and short-term maintenance and replacement plans.

2- Support CAPEX decisions with risk-based and lifecycle analysis.

3- Identify improvement opportunities to enhance safety, durability, and efficiency.
