Building Maintenance Supervisor

Key Responsibilities:

· Supervise and coordinate daily maintenance operations (electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, etc.).

· Conduct regular inspections of the building to identify repair needs and safety hazards.

· Plan and implement preventive maintenance schedules.

· Manage maintenance staff and assign tasks.

· Coordinate with vendors and contractors for specialized repairs.

· Maintain records of maintenance activities, equipment, and inventory.

· Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
