Job Title: Building Maintenance Technician

Reports To: Maintenance Supervisor / Admin Manager
Job Summary:
The Building Maintenance Technician is responsible for the upkeep, repair, and preventive maintenance of the building, equipment, and facilities. This role ensures that the premises are safe, operational, and compliant with company standards and local regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine inspections of building systems, including electrical, AC works, plumbing, HVAC, lighting, and fire safety systems.
- Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance tasks as scheduled.
- Respond to maintenance requests and troubleshoot issues in a timely manner.
- Repair or replace defective equipment, fixtures, and fittings as needed.
- Assist in monitoring and maintaining building security, safety, and environmental standards.
- Maintain tools, equipment, and maintenance supplies in good condition.
- Coordinate with external contractors for specialized repairs or servicing.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, health & safety standards, and local building regulations.
- Keep accurate records of maintenance activities, repair works, and inspections.
- Support facility improvement projects and assist with office/workspace setup when required.
Qualifications & Skills:
- High school diploma or technical certification in electrical, plumbing, HVAC, or building maintenance (preferred).
- Proven experience in building or facility maintenance.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
- Hands-on skills in general repairs (carpentry, painting, basic electrical,AC works and plumbing).
- Problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to work in different environments (indoors/outdoors, heights, confined spaces).
Working Conditions:

Pay: AED1,800.00 - AED2,500.00 per month
