- Greet and assist residents, guests, and contractors
- Help handle resident requests, complaints, and service follow-ups
- Monitor building Equipments, cleanliness, safety, and common areas
- Support move-ins and move-outs
- Coordinate with maintenance, cleaning, and security teams
- Report issues (repairs, safety concerns) to the Building Manager
- Help with basic admin tasks (logs, emails, notices)
- Enforce building rules in a polite, professional way
- Friendly and professional communication
- Problem-solving and calm attitude
- Customer service mindset (similar to hotel or front-desk work)
- Good appearance and professionalism
