Building Materials Sales Executive (Tiles Division)

We are seeking a highly driven and results-oriented Export Sales Representative to lead our B2B sales expansion in Tiles (ceramic and porcelain). The primary focus will be developing and growing markets in Africa, the Philippines, and other emerging markets.

The successful candidate will play a vital role in generating new business opportunities, building strong distributor/wholesaler networks, and achieving export sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive B2B sales of ceramic and porcelain tiles in target regions.
  • Identify, engage, and onboard new distributors, wholesalers, and project contractors.
  • Build and maintain long-term customer relationships in assigned territories.
  • Develop market entry strategies for Africa, the Philippines, and other emerging markets.
  • Conduct regular market research to track competitors, pricing, and trends.
  • Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance updates.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (procurement, logistics, finance) to ensure smooth order execution.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in export sales / international B2B sales (tiles, ceramics, construction materials preferred).
  • Strong network with importers, distributors, and project buyers in emerging markets.
  • Ability to independently generate leads and close deals.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work under pressure.
  • Willingness to travel internationally when required.
