Building Security

Job Overview:
Haqbaz Real Estate is looking for a Building Security Officer to join our team in the Seef area. The ideal candidate will ensure the safety and security of our properties, tenants, and visitors while maintaining a professional and welcoming presence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and patrol assigned premises to prevent unauthorized access or suspicious activity
• Ensure the safety of tenants, visitors, and property at all times
• Manage entry and exit points, verify identification, and maintain visitor logs
• Respond promptly to alarms, emergencies, and incidents
• Report irregularities, safety hazards, or maintenance issues to management
• Maintain order and assist in enforcing company rules and regulations
• Work closely with building management and emergency services when necessary
• Prepare daily security reports and incident documentation

Requirements:

• Presentable, responsible, and physically fit
• Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure
• Strong observation and communication skills
• Previous security experience is preferred (especially in residential or commercial buildings)
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and public holidays
• Must be legally eligible to work in Bahrain
