DESCRIPTION
Purpose of Position: While working cooperatively with the Pastor, Parish Director, Building Services Director, parish leaders, and other staff members to provide for an efficient, safe and effective pastoral environment in keeping with the mission of Pax Christi.
The purpose of this position is to maintain the physical appearance and security of the entire campus at Pax Christi (indoors and outdoors). The Building Services Team are responsible for the maintenance and custodial needs of the campus facilities. This includes regular cleaning and routine maintenance, set up and take down for campus events, and ensuring the safety and security of our campus. This position is a part-time position working 16-20 hours per week and requires the ability to work nights and weekends.

QUALIFICATIONS
Education:
Knowledgeable of requirements for handling hazardous materials including blood borne pathogens.
Familiar with Right to Know requirements
Background Check:
Successful completion of background check is required along with Virtus training. Signed archdiocesan Code of Conduct must be on file.
Skill Dimensions:
