Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Substitute Teacher to join our team. This role is vital in ensuring that students receive quality education in the absence of their regular teachers. As a Substitute Teacher, you will contribute to our mission by maintaining a positive learning environment and supporting student engagement.
Responsibilities

• Implement lesson plans provided by the regular teacher
• Maintain classroom discipline and manage student behavior
• Foster a supportive and inclusive environment for all students
• Communicate effectively with students, staff, and parents
• Adapt teaching methods to meet the needs of diverse learners
• Monitor student progress and provide feedback as needed
• Collaborate with school staff to ensure continuity of education
• Participate in professional development opportunities as required
• Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Education or related field (preferred)
• Strong experience in curriculum development and lesson planning
• Proven classroom management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience working with students of various ages and backgrounds
• Familiarity with special education practices is a plus
