Job Summary

We are looking for a highly motivated Building Surveyor who will be responsible for identifying and bringing new buildings to the company’s portfolio, conducting market assessments, and providing expert recommendations on new purchases and contract renewals. The ideal candidate should have strong industry knowledge, excellent negotiation skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, evaluate, and secure potential buildings for company acquisition or management.
• Conduct detailed building surveys and assessments, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
• Analyze market trends and propose strategic recommendations for new purchases or renewals.
• Prepare building condition reports and feasibility assessments.
• Coordinate with property owners, developers, and internal teams to close deals efficiently.
• Maintain an updated pipeline of potential buildings and opportunities.
• Support management with data-driven insights and suggestions to enhance the company’s portfolio.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Building Surveyor or similar role within the UAE real estate market.
• Strong understanding of property valuation, market trends, and building inspections.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet targets.
• Must be available to join immediately.
• UAE Driving License is preferred.

Compensation

• Fixed monthly salary
• Attractive commission structure based on successfully closed deals

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
