Job Summary

Al Marwan Developments is looking for a responsible and vigilant Building Watchman to maintain the safety, security, and monitoring of residential/commercial building premises.

Key Responsibilities

The key duties and responsibilities of the Building Watchman include, but are not limited to:

• Conduct regular patrols of the building premises, parking areas, and surrounding locations
• Monitor and control entry and exit of visitors, staff, and vehicles
• Ensure gates, doors, and common areas are secure at all times
• Monitor CCTV cameras and report any suspicious activity
• Respond promptly to emergencies, incidents, or tenant complaints
• Maintain daily records and logbooks of activities and observations
• Coordinate with maintenance and management teams when required
• Ensure cleanliness and orderliness around the security area
  
  

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Nationality: Indian / Nepali & Others
• Education: Intermediate or equivalent
• Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience as a Building Watchman
• Basic communication skills in English
• Physically fit, alert, and disciplined
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including emergencies and weekends
