About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical Business Analyst to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be instrumental in bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions, driving impactful projects that enhance our operational efficiency and strategic objectives. You will collaborate closely with various stakeholders, translating complex requirements into actionable insights.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze business processes, identify inefficiencies, and propose data-driven solutions to optimize workflows.

• Gather, document, and manage functional and non-functional requirements from diverse stakeholders using various elicitation techniques.

• Create detailed business requirements documents (BRDs), user stories, use cases, and process flow diagrams.

• Facilitate workshops and meetings to effectively communicate project scope, objectives, and deliverables.

• Collaborate with development and QA teams to ensure solutions align with business needs and are thoroughly tested.

• Perform data analysis to support decision-making, identify trends, and measure project success.

• Support change management activities and provide training to end-users on new systems or processes.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.

• 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in a fast-paced environment.

• Proven ability to analyze complex business problems and translate them into clear, concise requirements.

• Proficiency in SQL for data querying and analysis.

• Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and tools (Jira, Confluence).

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical audiences.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree or relevant professional certifications (e.g., CBAP, CSM).

• Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).

• Familiarity with CRM or ERP systems implementation.

• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC).
