Job Description – Business Development Executive (Recruitment/Staffing)
Overview
We are looking for a motivated Business Development Manager to grow our recruitment and staffing services by acquiring new clients and expanding existing relationships.
Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities in recruitment and staffing.
- Build and manage relationships with HR heads, hiring managers, and business owners.
- Pitch services, prepare proposals, and close deals.
- Work with the recruitment team to deliver on client requirements.
- Track market trends and competitor activity.
- Maintain pipeline and provide regular sales reports.
Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in business development, preferably in recruitment/staffing.
- Strong sales, negotiation, and networking skills.
- Knowledge of recruitment processes and UAE/GCC labor market (preferred).
- Target-driven, self-motivated, and excellent communicator.
It's a commission-based role and doesnt require candidate to be on-site
