Job Description – Business Development Executive (Recruitment/Staffing)

Overview
We are looking for a motivated Business Development Manager to grow our recruitment and staffing services by acquiring new clients and expanding existing relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Generate new business opportunities in recruitment and staffing.
  • Build and manage relationships with HR heads, hiring managers, and business owners.
  • Pitch services, prepare proposals, and close deals.
  • Work with the recruitment team to deliver on client requirements.
  • Track market trends and competitor activity.
  • Maintain pipeline and provide regular sales reports.

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of experience in business development, preferably in recruitment/staffing.
  • Strong sales, negotiation, and networking skills.
  • Knowledge of recruitment processes and UAE/GCC labor market (preferred).
  • Target-driven, self-motivated, and excellent communicator.

It's a commission-based role and doesnt require candidate to be on-site

Job Type: Part-time
