Bulk Plant Operator

Bulk plant operator with minimum of 5 years’ experience familiar with drilling mud chemicals, various brine and dry bulks such as barite, bentonite and cement.

• plant operator participate in toolbox discussions with bulk plant crew and vessel crew.
• Daily monitoring of brine storage and record the brine volume received &pumped in/out of the bulk plant.
• Daily monitoring of dry bulk storage (barite, bentonite, cement) and record the quantities received & pumped in/out of the bulk plant.
• Verify the brine condition (quality)
• Participate on regular mixing activities if any, as per the mixing instructions
• Mixing and pumping with proper radio communications to ensure the product has been safely delivered to the vessels in good condition to supply to the rigs in time.
• Follow up on daily preventive maintenance check list and perform necessary maintenance
• Keep the records of the daily checklists, delivery ticket and daily and weekly safety meetings.
