Bulls Kid Nation Brand Ambassador (Part-Time)
Description:
The Chicago Bulls are seeking driven and energetic individuals to assist with Bulls Kid Nation programs and events throughout the year. We are looking for individuals who will help fill our operational and on-site youth program/grassroots event needs as well as people who are looking to gain firsthand experience in professional sports.
In this role, you will work directly with the Bulls Kid Nation team to fulfil all on site needs during Chicago Bulls home games, on-site and off-site youth basketball programs and grassroots events, and select Windy City Bulls home games to ensure a positive experience for participants and their families.
This seasonal position will begin in October 2025 and conclude in August 2026.
Responsibilities:
As a Brand Ambassador, you will be responsible for the following:
- On site contact for assigned programs and events
- Responsible for the set up, execution, and tear down of the Kids Zone at Chicago Bulls and select Windy City Bulls home games
- Gathering and transporting program and event materials
- Load in and load out at external events/programs
- Preparation of program/event equipment and giveaways
- Program participant check in
- Working with event lead to fulfill event needs
- Field and problem solve all customer service inquires on location
- Gather feedback from various parties
- Deliver any necessary additional giveaways when needed
- Capture content for various marketing needs, if needed
- Promote the Bulls Kid Nation brand to reach targeted audience at events
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
The team is looking to place individuals who are self-starters with a positive attitude and work well with all types of people. You could be a potential match for this role if you have a strong mix of the following:
- Have reliable means of transportation
- Positive, energetic attitude
- Ability to lift boxes of up to 25 lbs
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to establish rapport with others and ability to build strong internal and external relationships
- Experience in the Microsoft Office suite
- Willing to work in different locations
Compensation + Schedule:
This role pays $16.60/hour and requires flexible work hours. Full-time remote work is not an option for this role and interested applicants should be currently located in or prepared to move to the Chicagoland area. This role will require a flexible schedule with the ability to work evenings and weekends as required.
