The ideal candidate will have a passion for people! As a shift manager, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, and leading your team to success. As part of our Management team, we will provide in house training and ServSafe certification to the right candidates! Having reliable availability and a people first mentality make all the difference.

Duties

• Supervise and train crew members in food preparation, cash handling, and customer service best practices.
• Manage daily operations, including inventory control, food safety, and sanitation procedures.
• Utilize POS system PAR for efficient order processing and sales tracking.
• Implement upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and company policies regarding food handling and sanitation.
• Foster a positive work environment by promoting teamwork and effective communication among staff.
• Assist with scheduling shifts and managing time effectively to meet operational needs.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues that may arise during service.

Experience

• Proven experience in the food service industry, preferably in a managerial or supervisory role within quick service or fast food restaurants.
• Strong culinary experience with knowledge of food preparation techniques and safety standards.
• Excellent time management skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong sales skills with experience in upselling products to enhance customer experience.
• Proficient in basic math for cash handling and retail math applications.
• Previous experience in cashiering, serving, bussing, or other restaurant roles is beneficial.

Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour
