PURPOSE OF POSITION:

This position is responsible for safe, punctual, and efficient transportation of company staff between accommodation and workplace. Additionally, during non-transport hours, the driver will support logistics and admin operations by delivering small urgent orders, collecting cheques or documents, and assisting in purchasing or maintenance-related tasks as required.

WORKING HOURS:

• 12 Hours Total
• 10 Working Hours
• +2 Hours Overtime
• 1 Hour Lunch Break
• Driver will stay in company-provided accommodation.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Valid UAE Heavy Bus Driving License.
• Minimum 2 years experience in UAE driving routes.
• Clean driving record and good safety awareness.
• Polite, disciplined, and punctual behavior.

LEVEL OF EDUCATION

(Indicate the level of education necessary to be competent in this position.)

High School/GED Minimum Preferred

DIMENSIONS OF POSITION:

Transportation Duties

• Daily pick-up and drop-off of staff on scheduled timings.

• Ensure vehicle cleanliness, safety, and fuel log management.

• Follow approved company transport routes.

Support Operational Duties (During Free Time)

• Deliver small urgent customer orders when assigned.

• Cheque / Document pickup or drop.

• Purchase maintenance items / spare parts from suppliers when instructed.

• Coordinate closely with Logistics / Admin team

• Timely pickup / drop as per schedule.

• Professional driving behavior and vehicle care.

• Support company logistics efficiency during idle time.

PHYSICAL EFFORTS

· Ability to work long hours and maintain focus while driving.

· Basic lifting for small cartons during urgent deliveries may be required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,600.00 - AED2,800.00 per month
