Bus Driver – Transportation Department (Driving School)

Job Purpose:

To safely and efficiently transport trainees from designated pickup points to the academy and back, ensuring punctuality, safety, and a comfortable commuting experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive the bus to transport trainees between designated pickup points and the academy according to the approved schedule.
• Adhere strictly to assigned routes and pickup/drop-off locations.
• Ensure safe and orderly boarding and disembarking of trainees.
• Maintain punctuality and follow the transportation schedule accurately.
• Conduct daily vehicle inspections (fuel, tires, brakes, lights, etc.) before operation.
• Report any mechanical issues or malfunctions immediately.
• Maintain cleanliness of the bus (interior and exterior).
• Comply with all traffic laws and safety regulations.
• Interact professionally and respectfully with trainees and staff.
• Keep records of daily trips, incidents, or observations if required.

Qualifications:

• Valid driving license for buses or heavy vehicles
• Previous experience in bus or heavy vehicle driving is preferred.
• Good knowledge of local roads and routes.
• Ability to work under pressure and maintain schedule discipline.

Working Conditions:

• Shift-based work (morning/evening depending on training schedule).

• Compliance with safety and maintenance procedures.

Pay: QAR1,800.00 - QAR2,000.00 per month
