Busienss Developer - Cold Calling Agent

Key Responsibilities:

• Proactively identify and onboard new clients through outbound calls and consistent follow-ups.
• Generate qualified leads and convert prospects into successful sales.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and long-term engagement.
• Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales targets.
• Collaborate with team members to enhance overall performance and contribute to business growth.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in Cold Calling or Sales within the US market.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline.
• Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
• Confident, self-motivated, and goal-oriented individual with a passion for sales.
