We are a Dubai-based joinery and fit-out company specializing in high-quality custom woodwork, cabinetry, and interior solutions across residential, commercial, and hospitality sectors. We are committed to delivering precision craftsmanship, timely execution, and client satisfaction.

Position Overview

We are looking for a motivated and target-driven Business Development Executive to support the growth of our joinery division. The role focuses on lead generation, client coordination, and supporting the sales process. The ideal candidate should have basic knowledge of joinery works and the UAE market.

Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Development & Lead Generation

  • Identify new business opportunities in joinery and interior fit-out projects
  • Generate leads through calls, emails, site visits, and networking
  • Track upcoming projects, contractors, and consultants
  • Maintain and update lead pipeline

Client Relationship Management

  • Build relationships with contractors, consultants, and clients
  • Arrange meetings and conduct site visits
  • Follow up regularly to convert leads into opportunities

Sales Support & Coordination

  • Assist in preparing quotations and proposals
  • Coordinate with design and production teams
  • Support tender submissions and documentation

Market Awareness

  • Monitor competitors and market trends
  • Identify potential clients and project opportunities

Reporting

  • Maintain records of leads, meetings, and activities
  • Submit weekly reports on business development progress

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
  • 1–3 years of UAE experience in joinery / fit-out / construction sales
  • Basic understanding of joinery materials and production
  • Good communication and negotiation skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • UAE driving license (preferred)

Compensation & Benefits

  • Salary: Up to AED 4,000 per month
  • Other benefits as per UAE labor law
