Business Account Executive

Job Summary

Duties

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through warm calling, networking, and market analysis to expand our client base
  • Develop tailored proposals and negotiate contracts that meet client needs while aligning with company goals
  • Manage existing accounts by providing exceptional service, ensuring customer satisfaction, and identifying upsell opportunities
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to create targeted campaigns that generate leads and increase brand awareness among potential clients
  • Utilize Salesforce or similar CRM tools to track sales activities, manage pipelines, and analyze performance metrics
  • Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to showcase solutions’ value propositions effectively
  • Lead negotiations with prospective clients, overcoming objections and closing deals confidently
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and technological advancements to maintain a competitive edge

Skills

  • Proven experience in B2B sales, technology sales or business development with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
  • Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence decision-makers at various levels
  • Excellent communication skills—both verbal and written—to articulate complex solutions clearly and persuasively
  • Ability to analyze market data, customer needs, and sales metrics for strategic planning
  • Skilled in account management practices that foster long-term relationships and customer loyalty
  • Familiarity with Salesforce or comparable CRM platforms for managing sales pipelines effectively
  • Demonstrated leadership qualities with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Experience in marketing strategies that support sales growth through targeted outreach efforts
  • Proficiency in technical sales concepts and understanding of relevant technologies within the industry

Pay: $63,634.78 - $76,635.43 per year
