This is a project-based, success-driven collaboration with no fixed salary and no traditional employment structure.

We are looking for professionals who can identify, introduce, and facilitate acquisition, partnership, investment, or business transfer opportunities.

Essential Requirements

* Minimum 5 years of active professional experience in the UAE

* Strong understanding of the Dubai and UAE business environment

* Established network within at least one of the target industries

* Strong communication and negotiation skills

* Professional proficiency in English (Arabic is a plus)

How the Collaboration Works

Following the submission and review of your profile, selected candidates will be invited to an online or in-person meeting.

Upon approval and execution of a collaboration agreement, business opportunities identified by you will be reviewed and evaluated by our acquisition team.

Within this structure:

* You will act as the representative of the business owner or seller.

* Persian Horizon Group will represent the buyer, investor, or acquiring party.
