Business Acquisition Sales Specialist (Full Sales Cycle)

About the Role

We are seeking a Business Acquisition Sales Specialist to manage the full sales cycle of ready businesses in Dubai — from buyer engagement to deal closure.

This position requires practical experience in business sales within the Dubai market.

Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end business sale transactions
  • Present acquisition opportunities to investors
  • Negotiate pricing and deal structures
  • Close contracts and oversee transaction completion
  • Maintain disciplined CRM tracking
  • Achieve revenue targets

Mandatory Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of proven business sales experience in Dubai
  • Direct involvement in completed business transfer deals
  • Strong negotiation and structuring capability
  • Deep knowledge of the Dubai business environment
  • Professional English communication

Candidates without direct Dubai business sales experience should not apply.

High performers in this role can exceed AED 60,000 – 120,000+ monthly, based on capital mobilization and deal performance.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From AED5,000.00 per month
