Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Business Consultant to join our Oman team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting entrepreneurs and companies with their business setup requirements in Oman, generating new business opportunities, and providing professional consultation throughout the company formation process.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate and convert business setup leads into successful clients.
• Conduct consultations with entrepreneurs, SMEs, and international investors.
• Recommend suitable company formation structures based on client requirements.
• Prepare quotations and follow up with prospects to close sales.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships throughout the sales process.
• Coordinate with internal operations and government departments for smooth execution.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and sales reports.
• Stay updated on Oman business regulations and company formation procedures.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in the Business Setup or Corporate Services industry.
• Proven sales experience with a strong track record of achieving targets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Strong multitasking and organizational abilities.
• Self-motivated, ambitious, and target-oriented.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems is an advantage.
• Fluency in English is required. Arabic is an added advantage.
