Job Opportunity: Client Manager / Relationship Manager

Type: Full-Time
Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Working Hours:

• Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM – 6:30 PM GST
• Saturday: 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM GST

Job Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients.
• Address client concerns and complaints promptly.
• Create sales plans to generate revenue.
• Engage with existing clients and manage a portfolio of 250–300 clients.
• Retain existing clients, bring in new business from existing portfolio, and generate referral leads.

Candidate Requirements:

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience in client retention, portfolio management, cross-selling & upselling.
• Banking sector experience is a plus.

Qualification:

• Commerce background with a Master’s degree (MBA or M.Com).
