Business Affairs Manager Emirati Talent

  • Develop and maintain strong working relationships with government authorities, regulators, and semi-government entities.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for all government-related matters affecting business operations.
  • Monitor and analyze regulatory developments, legislation, and public policy changes that may impact current and future activities.
  • Address regulatory, licensing, and operational matters by coordinating with relevant authorities and internal UAE teams to reach effective solutions.
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable government requirements, approvals, and reporting obligations.
Business Support & Strategy
  • Identify and evaluate potential projects, partnerships, and initiatives that support business growth and align with national priorities.
  • Conduct research, benchmarking, and market analysis to support strategic decisions and government engagement efforts.
  • Support corporate positioning by preparing key messages, briefing materials, and presentations for official meetings and initiatives.
Contracts & Administration
  • Support the management, review, and renewal of MOUs, agreements, and government-related contracts.
  • Manage internal and external correspondence while maintaining organized digital and physical records.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to facilitate government-related processes and initiatives.
