Summary: As a Business Agility Practitioner, you will engage in providing advisory services that focus on enhancing business agility and fostering technology innovation. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to facilitate organizational transformation, ensuring that clients can adapt and thrive in a competitive landscape. You will work closely with stakeholders to identify opportunities for improvement and implement strategies that promote continuous learning and performance enhancement. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate workshops and training sessions to promote agile methodologies and practices. - Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented strategies and make necessary adjustments. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Learning Delivery Operations. - Manages instructor operations to ensure high-quality, consistent learning delivery and alignment with organizational training goals. - Strong understanding of agile frameworks and methodologies. - Experience in change management and organizational development. - Ability to analyze business processes and identify areas for improvement. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse teams. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Learning Delivery Operations. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
