Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Management informations systems, or any related flied.

6-8 Years of experience in Business Analysis (Mandatory).

Oversee requirements elicitation, documentation, and validation.

Ensure requirements are clear, complete, traceable, and aligned to business outcomes.

Act as escalation point for complex or high-risk requirements issues.

Engage with executives, product owners, technology teams, and vendors.

Facilitate workshops, steering committees, and decision-making forums.
