Responsibilities

As a Business Analyst, you will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between our business needs and our operational and technological solutions. Your key responsibilities will include:

 

• Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including clinical, research, and commercial departments, to gather, analyse, and document business requirements.
• Conducting detailed process analysis to identify inefficiencies, risks, and opportunities for optimisation within our operations.
• Developing clear and comprehensive documentation, including process maps, business requirement documents, and functional specifications.
• Translating business needs into clear insights for stakeholders and supporting the development of strategic initiatives.
• Analysing data to provide evidence-based recommendations and support informed decision-making across the organisation.
• Assisting in the planning and monitoring of projects to ensure they meet business objectives on time and within scope.
• Communicating effectively with stakeholders at all levels to ensure alignment and manage expectations.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need a combination of strong analytical skills and business acumen. We are looking for candidates who meet the following criteria:

 

• Proven experience working as a Business Analyst or in a similar role.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a proven ability to manage stakeholders effectively.
• Proficiency in business analysis methodologies and process mapping tools.
• A high degree of self-motivation and the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Life Sciences, or a related field.
• Experience within the biotechnology, pharmaceutical, or healthcare sectors would be highly advantageous.
• Familiarity with clinical development processes is desirable but not essential.
