Technical Know-How

B.S. in Computer Science, Engineering or a related technical field

Product Management Know-How (At least 2-3 years of experience)

Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum principles

Previous tourism industry experience is a big plus

Responsibilities

Maintain product backlog, improve product performance, drive team towards priorities, and maximize business value

Facilitate gathering and clarification of cross-functional requirements with multiple business and technology stakeholders to identify and validate key business requirements

Acting as a bridge between cross functional teams to ensure an efficient translation of requirements and solutions

Drive web service integration/maintenance efforts between internal stakeholders and third-party companies
-
Writing feature acceptance criteria and test scenarios, also making the UAT tests

Evaluate, test, and recommend new opportunities for enhancing our software and IT processes

Compile and distribute reports on application development and deployment

Collaborate in analyzing live site issues and create user stories accordingly
