Take ownership of the budget and performance targets of non-life insurance products.

Execute primary strategies and actions to achieve growth targets in line with the annual plan.

Lead IT & marketing projects to expand market share in the non-life insurance segment.

Act as the main liaison with IT teams for current products, new launches, and ongoing development efforts.

Collaborate with partner insurance companies on product performance, campaigns, and new product development.

Monitor sales across all channels and support growth through tailored campaigns and initiatives.

Develop and implement strategies to increase digital sales in cooperation with digital channels.

Coordinate with internal teams for customer communication & product promotions.

Benchmark industry trends – both local and global – to feed into innovative product strategy.

Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university.

At least 2 years of experience in product management, with a focus on product development or strategy.

Strong communication skills with a solution-oriented and practical mindset.

Proficient in Microsoft Office tools.
