• Min. 4 years of category management experience

Job Description:

• Ensuring and monitoring that all private label products’ user manuals, warranty documents, and packaging designs comply with regulations.
• Guiding suppliers to reach the company’s social compliance standards and coordinating the process.
• Coordinating and monitoring necessary reports and import documents with distributors and suppliers for imported products.
• Monitoring necessary marketing actions for our private label brands in line with the marketing plan.
• Fulfilling rich content needs for each product in coordination with marketing team.
• Coordinating with marketing and B2B teams on product launch plans
• Following up on adapting brand websites to the Turkish market together with marketing teams
• Defining suitable products with category teams before campaign periods and managing campaign performance
• Following up on actions to improve in-store visibility in coordination with operations, merchandising, and marketing teams.
• Regularly tracking e-com visibility and PDP efficiency (through recommendations, bundles, etc.)
• Preparing and distributing sales advisor information notes, product training documents, and sales argument sets
• Preparing and keeping the B2B product catalog up to date for our private label brands
• Following up and managing communication investments on Google, Meta, Youtube, Retail Media together with related teams.
