We are looking to build a dynamic marketing team, and seeking a Marcom Senior Specialist to play a critical role in enhancing our Brand Strategy, Content and Media execution, increasing brand visibility, and forming deeper connections with our target audience. Here are the responsibilities for this exciting position:

Responsibilities:

• Manage integrated marketing campaigns implementation to increase brand awareness & conversion.
• Implement the company's marketing communication strategies.
• Coordinate creative content strategy & production of both brand and growth campaigns.
• Optimize the use of digital and traditional media to enhance interaction with target audiences.
• Evaluate marketing performance using analysis and reporting processes.
• Contribute shape and refine the brand positioning to ensure alignment with company values and market trends.
• Create brand presentation and follow up your own budget.
• Implement brand partnership content and media planning.
• Check brand research & competitor reports to contribute to support consistent marcom strategy to brand.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 4 years of experience, preferably in marketing communication or a related field.
• Digital and traditional media knowledge is a must.
• Brand Communication experience.
• Brand Partnership experience.
• Being a team player.
• Content production knowhow is a must.
• Strategic thinking and analytical abilities.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Innovative mindset and the ability to adapt to changing marketing trends.
