Marketing Communications Executive

Sustonable is a company dedicated to bringing sustainable solutions to building materials by creating circular design surfaces. Responsibilities:

• Manage Sustonable’s short- and long-term brand strategies and marketing budget,
• Plan, coordinate, and report on 360° execution of marketing activities and product launches in line with the brand’s annual marketing plan,
• Support and follow the product development process (certifications, samples, etc.),
• Manage all relationships with creative, printing, and media planning & buying agencies, and collaborate with cross-functional departments,
• Plan and manage fairs, events, and sponsorships—coordinate suppliers and all event logistics, and produce post-event evaluations to inform future planning.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Business Administration, Economics, Chemical, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering,
• Minimum 5 years of brand management experience, preferably in the construction (ceramics, design, and architecture) industry,
• Strong ability to manage, execute, coordinate, and support all marketing communication functions with a 360° marketing perspective,
• Excellent coordination and project management skills to ensure seamless end-to-end execution,
• High learning agility and adaptability to fast-changing start-up conditions and business needs.
