Business Analyst

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled IT Business Analyst with over 3 years of experience to bridge the gap between business needs and technology solutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for gathering requirements, analyzing processes, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to design and deliver effective IT solutions that support business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze business requirements.
• Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications for IT teams.
• Work closely with software developers, QA, and project managers to ensure solutions align with requirements.
• Conduct gap analysis, feasibility studies, and process mapping.
• Assist in designing workflows, wireframes, and use cases to support system development.
• Facilitate meetings, workshops, and requirement-gathering sessions with business units.
• Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing) by preparing test scenarios, scripts, and validating results.
• Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
• Create and maintain documentation including BRD (Business Requirement Documents), FRD (Functional Requirement Documents), and user manuals.
• Provide post-implementation support and training to end-users.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in IT or software development projects.
• Strong knowledge of SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle), Agile, and Waterfall methodologies.
• Proficiency in requirements gathering, documentation, and analysis tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, MS Visio, Trello).
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with SQL queries or data analysis is a plus.
• Knowledge of ERP/CRM systems, Cloud platforms, or API integrations is desirable.
