Business Analyst

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Business Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing business needs, identifying solutions, and working closely with stakeholders to ensure business objectives are met. You will act as a bridge between business problems and technology solutions, enabling data-driven decision-making and process improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather, document, and analyze business requirements from stakeholders.
• Translate business needs into functional specifications and use cases.
• Identify areas for improvement in business processes and systems.
• Collaborate with developers, designers, QA, to ensure solutions meet business goals.
• Conduct market analysis and competitor research when required.
• Assist in project planning, tracking, and documentation.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree
• Experience 2+years.
