Key Responsibilities
1. Commercial Reporting & Forecasting
- Deliver daily, weekly, and monthly reports on sales, retail, and TDI uplift performance.
- Lead revenue flash submissions, rest-of-year projections, and annual budget planning.
- Ensure timely and accurate submission of commission, segmentation, and customized reports to Area and Global functions.
2. Data Analytics & Visualization
- Design and maintain dynamic Power BI dashboards for real-time performance tracking.
- Consolidate data from COMET, Stellar, retail systems, and BI platforms into unified reporting structures.
- Provide deep-dive analysis on customer incentives, campaigns, and commercial initiatives.
3. Systems, Automation & Data Integrity
- Drive automation of reporting processes and improve data quality across systems.
- Identify and implement opportunities for workflow optimization and system integration.
- Ensure data governance and compliance with internal and external standards.
4. Strategic Collaboration & Support
- Partner with sales, retail, pricing, TDI uplift, and finance teams to align forecasts and commercial strategies.
- Support commercial events (kick-offs, reviews, campaigns) with structured data packs and presentations.
- Collaborate on costing models for ad-hoc projects and validate recharges and credits logic.
5. Stakeholder Engagement & Communication
- Handle internal and external queries requiring detailed commercial analysis.
- Prepare executive-level presentations for senior leadership and external stakeholders.
- Influence decision-makers by translating complex data into clear, actionable recommendations.
