Research & Evaluation Specialist

Job Summary:
The Research & Evaluation Specialist will be responsible for designing and implementing research projects, collecting and analyzing data, and evaluating program effectiveness to support evidence-based decision-making.

Job Responsibility:

• Develop research strategies and methodologies to address specific program objectives
• Conduct data collection through surveys, interviews, focus groups, and other methods
• Analyze qualitative and quantitative data to generate insights and make recommendations
• Prepare reports, presentations, and briefs to communicate findings to stakeholders
• Evaluate program impact and outcomes to measure effectiveness and identify areas for improvement

Candidate Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field (e.g. social sciences, statistics, public health)
• Proven experience in research design, data collection, and analysis
• Proficiency in statistical software and data visualization tools
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
