Job Summary:
The Research & Evaluation Specialist will be responsible for designing and implementing research projects, collecting and analyzing data, and evaluating program effectiveness to support evidence-based decision-making.
Job Responsibility:
- Develop research strategies and methodologies to address specific program objectives
- Conduct data collection through surveys, interviews, focus groups, and other methods
- Analyze qualitative and quantitative data to generate insights and make recommendations
- Prepare reports, presentations, and briefs to communicate findings to stakeholders
- Evaluate program impact and outcomes to measure effectiveness and identify areas for improvement
Candidate Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field (e.g. social sciences, statistics, public health)
- Proven experience in research design, data collection, and analysis
- Proficiency in statistical software and data visualization tools
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
