Job Description Summary

The Business Analyst is responsible for preparing routine and special reports, supporting project execution, and assisting in the development of statistical and departmental reports. This role involves coordinating with different departments to gather and validate data, creating visual data presentations, and providing initial analysis and proposed solutions to senior team members. The position plays a key role in ensuring accurate data.-driven insights that support business operations and strategic objectives.

Operational Roles & Responsibilities

  • Conduct studies to support business decisionmaking involvingindepth analysis and solution recommendations
  • Prepare routine and special reports for review and approval
  • Assist in developing and maintaining statistical reports to support business analysis
  • Assist in preparing departmental reports such as business plans accountability reports and other related reports for management review and endorsement
  • Support the execution of projects by helping coordinate schedules resources and tasks and project documentation
  • Create charts graphs and organize relevant statistics to support business activities
  • Communicate with proponents from different departments to collect required data
  • Collect validate and clean data to ensure accuracy and completeness as necessary
  • Present results and propose solutions based on validated data to senior team members

Minimum Education Required

Bachelor in business administration, information technology, financial management, health statistics, engineering, or closely related field is required.

Professional Certifications Required

Years of Experience

.-Minimum 3.-5 years in related activities.
