Business Analyst

This hybrid role combines the analytical depth of a Business Analyst with the creative flair of a Technical Content Writer. If you’re passionate about technology and can translate complex ideas into clear, impactful content—while also gathering and organizing business requirements—this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities:

Work closely with the sales and technical teams to prepare technical proposals and RFP responses.
Translate client discussions into clear documentation: requirements, user stories, and feature specifications.
Research and write high-quality content including blogs, articles, and social media content on emerging technology trends, digital transformation, and AI-powered development.
Collaborate with marketing and technical teams to develop comprehensive marketing collateral (presentations, brochures, case studies, website content).
Maintain project documentation including user manuals, SOPs, and internal knowledge bases.
Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure alignment throughout the software development lifecycle.

Required Skills:

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Strong analytical and research skills with the ability to understand technical concepts quickly.
Experience in writing for tech audiences and documenting software requirements or user flows.
Familiarity with software development processes, agile methodologies, and modern tech stacks is a plus.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
A genuine passion for technology, innovation, and continuous learning.

Qualification: Bachelor’s or master’s degree.
