Business Analyst – Logistics & Supply Chain

Location: Faisalabad (Hybrid – must visit office twice a week)

Compensation: $800-$1200/month

About the Role

We are seeking a Business Analyst with prior experience in Logistics and Supply Chain to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in analyzing business needs, improving processes, and bridging communication between stakeholders and technical teams to deliver efficient supply chain solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze and document logistics and supply chain processes to identify gaps and areas for improvement.
• Gather, validate, and translate business requirements into actionable insights for technical and operations teams.
• Work closely with stakeholders to define KPIs, monitor performance, and ensure business goals are met.
• Conduct market and industry research to support strategic decision-making.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (operations, finance, and IT) to implement process improvements.
• Prepare detailed reports, presentations, and business cases for management.
• Support in developing workflows, dashboards, and tools for better visibility into supply chain operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field.
• Proven experience of 2 years as a Business Analyst in logistics and supply chain.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs220,000.00 - Rs340,000.00 per month
