Technical PM/BA

We are seeking a highly motivated Technical PM/BA to bridge the gap between business needs and technology solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, requirements gathering, and technical analysis, with the ability to manage projects end-to-end while ensuring alignment between stakeholders and development teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as a liaison between business stakeholders, product owners, and technical teams.
• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Translate business needs into technical specifications and workflows.
• Manage project timelines, scope, risks, and deliverables.
• Support project planning, resource allocation, and execution.
• Facilitate workshops, requirement-gathering sessions, and sprint planning.
• Track project progress and prepare regular reports/dashboards for management.
• Ensure solutions meet business objectives and technical feasibility.
• Collaborate with QA teams for UAT planning and defect resolution.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering.
• 0-2 years of experience as a Project Manager, Business Analyst, or hybrid role.
• Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile/Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies.
• Technical background or ability to understand software architecture, APIs, and integrations.
• Proficiency in tools like JIRA, Confluence, MS Project, or ClickUp.
• Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Nice to Have:

• Certifications such as CSM, PMP, CBAP, or Agile BA.
• Experience in SaaS, product development, or IT services environment.
• Knowledge of data analysis or SQL for reporting.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs70,000.00 - Rs80,000.00 per month
