Business Analyst

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Business Analyst to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will act as a crucial link between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment throughout the software development lifecycle. This role involves gathering and analyzing requirements, supporting Agile processes, and delivering innovative solutions that drive business success.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a liaison between business and technical teams to ensure alignment on requirements and solutions.
• Gather, analyze, and document detailed business requirements from stakeholders.
• Understand technical constraints to recommend feasible and effective solutions.
• Translate business needs into functional specifications, user stories, and workflows.
• Develop process flows, wireframes, and use cases to clarify requirements.
• Conduct competitive analysis and market research to inform product strategy.
• Collaborate closely with developers, QA, product owners, and other stakeholders throughout the SDLC.
• Support backlog grooming, sprint planning, and other Agile ceremonies.
• Assist with user acceptance testing (UAT) and validate that deliverables meet business objectives.
• Provide recommendations for process improvements and innovative solutions.
• Demonstrate products to clients and assist the Pre-Sales team in client acquisition efforts.
• Willingness to travel as needed.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 2–3 years of proven experience as a Business Analyst in IT/software projects. Experience in Insurance/Banking domain or LowCode/NoCode products is preferred.
• Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Excellent skills in requirement gathering, documentation, and stakeholder management.
• Ability to analyze both business and technical perspectives to provide balanced solutions.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and/or other Business Analyst tools.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
