Responsibilities:
Training users on product functionality.
Reviewing designs to foresee loopholes and issues from a design perspective.
Advising on systems selection, design, analysis, implementation, and rollout plans.
Working with stakeholders to discover underlying business needs.
Performing detailed requirements analysis, documenting processes, and performing user acceptance testing.
Tracing and linking business requirements to future state design.
Providing detailed business analysis, problem outlining, and proposing solutions.
Communicating project status to senior management.
Identifying, assessing, and elaborating on solutions and feasibility assessments for business needs.
Managing process innovative change and facilitating communication across stakeholders.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, Information Management, or related fields.
7+ years of experience in business analysis.
Certification in design thinking and requirements facilitation is advantageous.
Proficiency in defining business problems and proposing solutions.
Experience in using agile techniques for business analysis and designing customer solutions.
Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment both independently and within a team.
Strong knowledge of Excel, Python, Power BI, and visualization tools.
Experience in project management tools such as MS Project, Asana, and Jira.
Ability to create technical documentation and diagrams effectively.
