Key Responsibilities
Requirements Gathering

Collaborate with stakeholders (business users, IT, project managers) to collect and document business requirements for new products, processes, or system enhancements. Preferably for New business, Bank/Partner Integration, and customer onboarding processes.

Conduct discussions with user department to elicit detailed requirements.

Translate business needs into clear, actionable documentation (user stories, use cases, process flows)

Conducts Meetings with IT to explain the requirements to technical team and resolve all their dependencies.
Process Improvement

Map and analyse existing business processes to identify inefficiencies or gaps.

Recommend and help implement process enhancements to improve operational efficiency and customer experience.
Testing and Implementation Support

Participate in solution testing, including preparing or reviewing test scenarios and supporting user acceptance testing (UAT).

Assist in training users and preparing documentation for new systems or processes.
Stakeholder Communication

Maintain clear communication with internal teams (e.g., new business, IT, operations) and external partners (vendors, consultants).

Present findings and recommendations to senior stakeholders in a clear, concise manner.
Required Skills and Qualifications

Prior experience of 5+ years in insurance is must.

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Finance, Insurance, or a related field

Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with attention to detail

Strong understanding of life insurance products, underwriting, policy administration, claims, and regulatory compliance.

Proficiency in business analysis tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, Excel). Familiarity with data analysis or visualization tools is a plus.

Familiarity with project management or agile methodologies.

Understanding of API integration

Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective stakeholder engagement

Should be familiar with Customer lifecycle in Insurance domain and should be able to quickly learn insurance products, processes, and regulatory requirements

Certifications like CBAP, PMI-PBA, III certifications or domain-specific credentials can be advantageous.
