Key Responsibilities:
- Requirement Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and document business requirements for projects and initiatives.
- Process Improvement: Assist in the review and optimization of existing business processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Documentation: Create clear and concise documentation, including business requirements, process flows, and user stories, to communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
- Support Implementation: Work closely with development teams to support the implementation of new systems, processes, and enhancements.
- Testing and Quality Assurance: Participate in testing activities to ensure that solutions meet business requirements and quality standards.
- Training and Support: Provide training and support to end-users to ensure successful adoption and utilization of new systems and processes.
- Stakeholder Communication: Maintain open and effective communication with stakeholders at all levels to ensure alignment and understanding of business needs and priorities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with diverse stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio.
- Familiarity with business analysis methodologies and tools is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Eagerness to learn and grow in the field of business analysis.

- This is a full-time position based in Ahmedabad.
