We are seeking a Business Analyst with strong analytical and technical skills to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in SQL and Python , enabling data-driven insights and supporting business decision-making. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including product, technology, operations, and finance, to identify opportunities, analyze performance, and develop data-backed strategies that drive organizational growth and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Data Analysis & Reporting:
• Collect, analyze, and interpret large datasets using SQL and Python to identify trends, patterns, and business insights.
• Build and maintain dashboards and automated reports to monitor key business metrics.
• Provide actionable insights that influence strategic and operational decisions.
• Business Insights & Decision Support:
• Partner with stakeholders to understand business challenges and translate them into analytical problems.
• Develop business cases and present data-driven recommendations to leadership.
• Support business teams with ad-hoc analysis, forecasting, and performance tracking.
• Process Improvement:
• Analyze existing workflows and processes to identify inefficiencies and suggest improvements.
• Collaborate with technology teams to develop tools and automation that streamline operations.
• Contribute to developing scalable solutions for ongoing data management and reporting needs.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration:
• Work closely with product, operations, and marketing teams to track and measure key initiatives.
• Serve as a bridge between business and technical teams, ensuring data requirements are clearly defined and implemented accurately.
• Assist in defining KPIs and success metrics for new projects or business functions.
• Technical Analysis & Data Modeling:
• Use Python for data cleaning, manipulation, and statistical modeling to generate meaningful business insights.
• Write complex SQL queries to extract, transform, and analyze structured data from multiple sources.
• Leverage visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker to present insights in a clear and effective way.
  
  

Required Skills And Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 1+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Data Analyst, or a similar analytical role.
• Proficiency in SQL (writing complex queries, joins, aggregations, etc.) and Python (data manipulation, Pandas, NumPy, visualization).
• Familiarity with Excel and business intelligence tools (Power BI, Tableau, or equivalent).
• Strong understanding of business processes and ability to translate business needs into technical requirements.
• Excellent analytical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver high-quality results within deadlines.
  
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in working with large datasets or cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Understanding of statistical analysis, forecasting, or machine learning concepts.
• Experience in a fast-paced, data-driven organization or startup environment.
