Business Analyst

About the Role:

We’re seeking a proactive and analytical Business Analyst to join our team at Designoweb Technologies Pvt. Ltd. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between clients, business objectives, and the technical team — ensuring seamless communication, understanding of requirements, and delivery of effective solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Interact with clients to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
• Translate business needs into functional specifications for development teams.
• Collaborate with project managers, developers, and QA teams to ensure requirements are implemented correctly.
• Conduct market research, data analysis, and process mapping to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Prepare detailed project documentation — BRD, FRD, user stories, and flow diagrams.
• Participate in client meetings, demos, and sprint reviews to track progress and ensure alignment.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field (MBA preferred).
• 1–3 years of experience as a Business Analyst in an IT or software development environment.
• Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile, and Scrum methodologies.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.
• Ability to analyze complex data and convert insights into actionable plans.
• Experience with tools like Jira, Confluence, or similar project management platforms.
• Strong attention to detail, time management, and problem-solving abilities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
