Responsibilities

Experience: 5+ years

Location: Bangalore (5 days WHO)

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements related to ecommerce platforms, retail operations, and customer engagement.
• Translate business needs into functional specifications and user stories for development teams.
• Conduct gap analysis, process mapping, and feasibility studies to support solution design.
• Work closely with UX/UI designers, developers, QA teams, and product managers to ensure successful delivery of features and enhancements.
• Support product backlog grooming, sprint planning, and UAT activities.
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor strategies, and emerging technologies in ecommerce and retail.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in Retail OR Ecommerce domain
• Strong understanding of ecommerce platforms
• Proficiency in tools like JIRA, Confluence, MS Excel, SQL, and data visualization platforms (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
